12 Step Guide

By utilizing the CabinTech precision-fabrication model and pre-approved COA infrastructure templates, we have collapsed the traditional development cycle into a rapid 6-month deployment.

Phase 1: Discovery & Registration

1. Register Your Interest: Sign up as a future resident. Receive immediate alerts for "Rapid-Deploy" Village projects. 2. Attend a Village Information Session: Learn about the site layout, infrastructure, and the specific CabinTech home models assigned to that location. 3. Select Your CabinTech Model: Review pre-approved designs held in a priority fabrication queue for rapid delivery.

Phase 2: The Ballot & Commitment

4. Submit Your Ballot: Select your preferred sites and home model. This is your formal commitment to proceed. 5. Ballot Day: Successful applicants are contacted immediately. Once you accept, we issue your Stewardship & Infrastructure Agreement. 6. Secure Your Tenure (The Site Establishment Fee): Sign the agreement and pay the $10,000 Site Establishment Fee. This fee is held in trust and locks in your site, triggering the immediate commencement of site works and home fabrication.

What is included in the Site Establishment Fee?

The $10,000 fee is a direct investment into the physical and legal readiness of your specific site:

  • The Utility Hub: A dedicated connection point for filtered water and high-capacity electrical supply.

  • Wastewater Integration: Connection to the Village’s managed On-Site Sewage Management (OSSM) system.

  • The S68 Shield: Your share of the master Section 68 Council approvals and Fire-Resilience engineering.

  • Site Prep & Surveying: Professional leveling (the pad), all-weather access, and official boundary marking.

Note on Succession: As the Site Establishment Fee is physically deployed into the permanent infrastructure of your site, it is non-refundable upon exit. To ensure the perpetual maintenance of the Village, every subsequent resident is required to make the same $10,000 contribution. This "Succession Contribution" is vaulted into a Sinking Fund for long-term upgrades, allowing COA to keep weekly site levies significantly lower than market averages.

Phase 3: Community & Contracts

7. Meet the Community: Join the first Resident Meeting to meet your future neighbors. 8. Finalize Your Home & Site Contracts: Sign the formal documents for your CabinTech home and your COA Tenure. Your full 10% deposit is due (inclusive of the $10,000 already paid).

Phase 4: Construction & Delivery

9. Simultaneous Site Works & Fabrication: While COA installs the Village infrastructure, CabinTech completes your home off-site. 10. Delivery Logistics: At the 4-month mark, we finalize the schedule. Your home is transported and positioned on your dedicated site.

Phase 5: Settlement & Move-In

11. Connection & Inspection: Your home is "plugged in" to the infrastructure and undergoes a final inspection and regulatory sign-off. 12. Welcome Home! Pick up your keys and your Resident Handbook. Within 6 months of your commitment, you are officially a COA Resident.
